Allison (she/her) graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Theatre Arts and minors in Dance and Communications.

She also has her Teaching Artist Certificate from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Allison has been living her love of Arts Education for the past 10 years, and has worked in the Education Department at a number of nonprofit, professional theaters; some of which include the Florida Repertory Theatre (Fort Myers, FL), Walnut Street Theatre (Philadelphia, PA), Syracuse Stage (Syracuse, NY), and the Cortland Repertory Theatre (Cortland, NY). While living in upstate New York, Allison developed an adaptive dance program, called Limitless Dance, for Adapted Physical Education classes and various community organizations. This is something she values deeply as an arts educator. Prior to joining the Arts Council, Allison worked with Attack Theatre as the Arts Education Director, creating multidisciplinary programs and building arts partnerships.

Allison enjoys fostering animals, Latin dancing, and connecting with artists and arts organizations near and far.
