The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council is committed to amplifying the work of Western Pennsylvania's arts and culture sector. To better help us navigate those needs, we've created the following forms for arts and culture organizations to submit their Requests for Support directly to our staff.
Arts and Culture Events Promotions
Hosting an arts and culture event that needs promotional support? Please submit the form below to be considered for free promotional support by the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council. Accepted submissions will be included in promotional materials such as our weekly events blogs, weekly Artsburgh newsletters, and shared on our social media accounts.
Please submit events at least two weeks ahead of the start date.
Jobs and Opportunities
Is your arts and culture organization hiring? Please submit your job opening to the form below to be considered for free promotional support by the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council. Accepted submissions will be included in promotional materials such as our monthly Jobs and Opportunities blogs and shared on our social media accounts.
Please note that all submissions for job openings must include salary information.
Individual Artist Creative Spotlights
Creative individuals in need of promotional support can apply for the opportunity to be featured in the Arts Council’s weekly Artsburgh newsletter or social media channels. Spotlights are only guaranteed to creative individuals who are Beta Test Members of the Arts Council, and non-member spotlights must be evergreen and focused on your creative practice as a whole and not promotions tied to a specific date or event. If you're interested in learning more about joining the wait list to become a Beta Test Member, please visit pittsburghartscouncil.org/membership.

Good News
Got good news in the arts or humanities? We want to hear it! Please note: This is not for sharing events or press releases. We are looking for your wins, big milestones reached, and standout moments in Pittsburgh’s creative scene. Think awards, new ventures, exciting collaborations, or something never-before-seen. Submissions may be featured in our weekly Artsburgh newsletter or on our social media.
Please note that submissions don't guarantee promotional support, but we'll amplify as many folks as we can. Priority will be given to small- to mid-sized organizations, as well as artists and organizations of the Global Majority.
