Through recurring meetings, workshops, and community events, the Arts Leadership Collective offers a supportive environment for leadership development and reinforced connections within the field. From individual voices to collective impact, the Arts Leadership Collective helps create an inclusive and thriving arts ecosystem.

The Creative Hive
The Creative Hive is a monthly networking event designed to provide a friendly and casual space for artists, creatives, art educators, culture bearers, and arts administrators to establish and foster professional relationships. The meet-up is held on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., with meeting locations rotating from month-to-month to different creative and cultural venues within Pittsburgh.

Arts Inclusivity Workshops and Lending Library
The Arts Council offers learning opportunities and equipment that support arts organizations in advancing their understanding and implementation of accessible, diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices. In addition to facilitating an array of learning opportunities as part of our commitment to arts inclusivity, the organization also loans out Audio Description/Assistive Listening/Simultaneous Translation Equipment through our Lending Library.

Art on the Walls is a professional development program for emerging and mid-career visual artists. Through this program, a group of artists are selected by a committee to display their work in non-traditional exhibition spaces, with a focus on corporate environments and municipal offices.
