Dr. Hurford is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Community Care Behavioral Health Organization, the nation’s largest not-for-profit behavioral health managed care organization. As part of the UPMC Insurance Services Division, Community Care provides behavioral health coverage for one million Medicaid beneficiaries in 41 Pennsylvania counties.
