Bio

Julie is an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across the arts, human services, philanthropy, and community development. She brings deep expertise in building sustainable business models, fostering collaborative and high-performing teams, and advancing ambitious goals with limited resources. Known for her creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, Julie excels at cultivating community partnerships, strengthening trust, and leading effective fundraising efforts. She has served as Executive Director of Quantum since February 2023.
