Bio

Joe Farrell is the Cofounder and Director of Programs for Evolve Coaching. Evolve's mission is supporting disabled and neurodivergent community members - and their networks - through specialized programs that promote autonomy and improve quality of life. Joe's main focus is helping individuals identify skills and interests that can be leveraged to secure fulfilling, sustainable employment. Joe is a member of the Steel City Beard and Mustache Club and the current Full Beard Freestyle World Champion.
