Bio

Jackie Baker is partner and co-founder at Workhorse Collaborative, a Pittsburgh-based communications and organizational strategy agency that helps Western PA arts organizations, nonprofits, and creative entrepreneurs thrive. Jackie has designed arts accessibility programs that have garnered national press, been freely replicated by others, and led her to present at The Kennedy Center’s LEAD Conference and the Inclusive Innovation Conference. She is dedicated to training up the next generation of arts professionals and has guest lectured at Carnegie Mellon University and Point Park University, her alma mater.
