Bio
Dr. Latonya L. Latamore, PhD is a researcher, evaluator, strategist, and founder of Harmony Strategic Solutions. With more than two decades of experience spanning public administration, finance, workforce development, higher education, program evaluation, and organizational improvement, her work focuses on helping individuals, organizations, and communities navigate complex challenges through reflection, learning, and systems-informed change.
Dr. Latamore holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, with a minor in Psychology. Throughout her career, she has led and supported initiatives related to program evaluation, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, community engagement, workforce development, and equity-centered practice. Her professional experience includes service within local government, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and research centers, where she has worked to strengthen programs, improve outcomes, and support evidence-informed decision-making. As the founder of Harmony Strategic Solutions, Dr. Latamore is committed to developing practical tools and resources that help people better understand themselves, their organizations, and the systems that influence everyday experiences. Her work integrates reflective practice, systems thinking, leadership development, and community-centered approaches to foster meaningful and sustainable change. Dr. Latamore is also the creator of the Strategic Harmony Interactive Writing Journal series, a guided reflective framework designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, healing, integration, and purposeful action.
Through her writing, research, and facilitation, she seeks to bridge the gap between scholarly knowledge and everyday application, making complex ideas accessible and actionable for diverse audiences. Her mission is to cultivate spaces where learning, reflection, and intentional action can contribute to stronger individuals, healthier organizations, and more connected communities.
