Manager of Internal Systems 412.391.2060 x230 Joined the Arts Council in July 2021

Kellie Hommey (she/her) served the Arts Council in 2011 as an Events Manager and Database Administrator, then returned in 2021 as a Technology Project Specialist and is now the Manager of Internal Systems. In this role, she is the guru of the Arts Council's database, EveryAction, as well as additional responsibilities, including board-related duties, events publishing, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks. Kellie has played a significant role in managing other internal systems software and tools such as Quickbooks, Asana, Slack, Zoom, etc. while teaching staff how to best implement the tools for day to day use. 

Kellie has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Penn State University and a Master's in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. Kellie has her certifications in Intuit Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Online User, as well as Accounting 101 - 103, and General Accounting, Finance, and Budgeting. With 27 years of experience working in various professional settings, She prides herself on having a wide pool of knowledge, enjoys learning new things, and is able to  successfully implement any task at hand. Kellie is focused on supporting emerging artists with bookkeeping, data storeage, and other "internal" related organization systems that can be useful when running a business. 

Kellie has real-life lessons and a wide variety of education to back up her talents uniquely. She utilizes her creativity and artistic abilities to complete most challenges. Kellie enjoys using drawing, painting, and writing to cope with daily stressors and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys spending her free time in the sun or exploring the world and all the beauty of nature.
