Have you been recommended to apply for a Program Stream grant?
Funded by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), the Program Stream grant offers ongoing support to arts organizations and arts programs with an established history of PCA support. Once admitted to this funding stream, organizations receive consistent operating support for arts programming.
The application deadline for this grant has passed.
Current funding period: September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023.
The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council is proud to distribute this grant on behalf of the PCA’s PA Partners in the Arts program.
Eligibility and Guidelines
- Applicants must be invited to apply by the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council or the PCA based on a consistent application and grant history with the PCA or the Arts Council.
- Applicants must also be a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, a unit of government, or a school district with an annual revenue of less than $200,000.
- Applicants must provide arts programming and/or arts services in Pennsylvania.
Matching Requirements
All grants must be matched on a dollar-for-dollar basis in cash. In-kind goods and services may not be used to match PCA funds. Program Stream grant funds cannot be used to match other PCA grants.
Application Process
Step 1 – Review the grant guidelines, which include funding restrictions, review criteria, and detailed application requirements.
Step 2 – Prepare your application, including a narrative, financial and job information, and other required documents listed on page 6 of the guidelines above.
Step 3 – Submit your application through our grant portal by January 18, 2022. No hard copies, please.
