Entry to Program Stream

Entry to Program Stream, formerly called Project Stream, is a new funding opportunity funded by the state that aims to support small arts organizations and programs across the commonwealth with grants of $2,000.

Organizations or programs with annual revenue of less than $200,000 are eligible to apply for general operating support to strengthen their core capacity, engage in critical planning activities, and pay expenses related to staffing, business functions, and programming.

Entry to Program Stream is the PA Council on the Arts (PCA) new pathway to Program Stream funding, which provides ongoing support at a higher average grant amount. Organizations may qualify for Program Stream after consistently receiving funds through Entry to Program Stream, receiving good panel assessments, and fulfilling grant award requirements.

The application deadline for this grant period has passed. Please check back this fall for updates on the next application period.

Current funding period: September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023
