What is Cultural Planning?
Since the first U.S. cultural plan was established in 1986 in Chicago, cities like Akron, Boulder, and Philadelphia have developed their own frameworks to strengthen their economies, foster social cohesion, and increase vibrancy by focusing on what makes each of them unique: their culture. Pittsburgh has the opportunity to do the same.

Lisa's keynote is generously supported in part with a grant awarded to the Arts Council and KST from the Opportunity Fund.
