The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, along with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, is excited to introduce a new grant program, the Creative Sector Flex Fund, for the 2023-2024 grant year. The CSFF is designed to address the changing needs of dynamic PA arts organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000 - $200,000.  

This grant program provides organizations with $5,000 grants to use in ways that ensure the most significant impact for their organizations and communities. Applications open on Saturday, July 1, 2023, and are due by Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.

Originally hailing from central Pennsylvania, Mia Hooper (she/her) joined the Arts Council in 2019 as the Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations and recently undertook all development and grantmaking programs. In this role she raised funds for a variety of special projects including the Governor’s Awards for the Arts and the Arts Council’s Restart the Arts joint marketing campaign, in addition to raising funds for ongoing programs and operating costs. Prior to joining the Arts Council, Mia spent 5 years at Attack Theatre as their Finance and Development Coordinator.
