- Focusing and managing the work of your Board.
- Learning about, approaching and submitting grant applications to funders.
- Creating project and program plans for your organization and for grant applications.
- What to do when there’s too much work, but too few resources.
- Tips for managing staff.
Each "Ask the Expert" appointment is provided free of charge to a limited number of arts organizations on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If you have questions or wish to be placed on the waiting list for an appointment with Marilyn, email Pam Quatchak or call 412.391.2060, x238.
