- Public Art 101 is scheduled for May 5, 2012. Are you an artist who is interested in learning how to move from the studio to the public realm? The Office of Public Art is hosting its annual workshop for artists interested in beginning a career in public art. Artists will learn about the broad range of possibilities for public art projects, how to find and compete for opportunities, how to work with fabricators, how to choose appropriate materials, budgeting, and more. Find out more about the workshop and how to register here. Two scholarships are available.
