Does your organization need some sound financial advice? Can you use a financial management refresher? Are you facing a pressing financial challenge and want help now? Or is it tips and tools for surviving and thriving in the current economic climate that will benefit you the most? The Arts Council invites you to tap into the expertise of three Nonprofit Finance Fund consultants, who will work with up to 20 organizations in two small group meetings.
Each Ask the Experts Gathering is limited to 10 organizations on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your organization's financial information, PA Cultural Data Project log-in and password, and the financial tools you use (e.g. audit, cash flow projection, P&L statement, program profitability model, etc.) with you to the program to review with the NFF experts.
