PA
Partners in the Arts Project Stream
(PA Partners)
There are significant changes in submission and eligibility
guidelines this year.
Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts Project Stream (PA Partners)
is a regranting program of the Pennsylvania Council on the
Arts (PCA) and administered in Allegheny County by the Arts
Council. Its goal is to make arts programs available to
every Commonwealth resident, with a focus on previously
underserved communities and regions in Pennsylvania. PA
Partners provides grants of up to $3,000 for arts projects
that take place in Allegheny County. All projects must be
publicized and open to the general public, and must take
place between September 1 and August 31. The application
postmark deadline is June 30. If the postmark deadline falls
on a Sunday or holiday, the deadline is the next business
day.

Alcoa
Foundation Leadership Grants for Arts Managers
Just
as artists need to nurture their creativity and continue
to develop their skills, arts managers -- throughout their
careers -- need to keep their problem-solving muscles strong
and flexible. This grant program recognizes the importance
of ongoing education for professional arts administrators.
Grants up to $1,000 support advanced training and leadership
development for senior- and middle-management arts executives
in environments where they can interact with peers in their
fields. Applications are considered quarterly; postmark
deadlines are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November
1. Postmark deadlines that fall on a Sunday or holiday are
extended to the next business day. The Guidelines
and Application Form are available on line. Call or
email Susan
Blackman as soon as you submit your application to confirm
receipt of your materials.
