Beleza Community Coffeehouse
hopes to be a "third-place" outside of work and home for
people to get to know each other, spend time, share resources, and
enjoy quality food and drink. Beleza's
art shows seek to: encourage local artists by providing a space for
their work, introduce a diverse collection of art to persons who are
not normally exposed to galleries or art showings, and sell art as
a means of supporting the artists themselves and the financial stability
of Beleza.
Beleza strives to be a business that is concerned with the environment
and our impact on it, supporting the local economy as much as is possible,
and fair trade goods that ensure and promote the value and sustainability
of those who produce them. Beleza welcomes people from all backgrounds, income levels, educations,

The Waterfront
will be hosting a Sculpture Tour created by Brazilian pop-artist Romero
Britto. The Tour will be coming to the Waterfront
September 25 - October 19. There will be several events surrounding
the Tour to encourage visitors to view the art along with the Waterfront
shops/ restaurants. We would
like the art appreciation community to be informed of this huge event.

Morgan Contemporary
Glass Gallery is the only Pittsburgh
art gallery dedicated entirely to exhibiting contemporary studio
glass. The focus is on sculpture, goblets, small objects and jewelry in glass and glass and
mixed media, from the finest emerging and established artists working
in glass today. Exhibits
change on a rotating schedule, with new shows approximately every
eight to ten weeks. Each highlights artists working in different
techniques with unique vision. The
gallery has exhibited nationally at SOFA Chicago

Arts of Diversity Project is a grassroots effort that provides unique
